In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to allot Sites to the petitioner in terms Official Memorandum bearing No.LAC-MC/12/87-88 dated 19^th May, 2024 (Annexure-C) issued by the respondent No.1.

Heard Sri. Lohitaswa Banakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. G.M. Anand, learned counsel appearing for respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the writ papers, the same would indicate that the respondent-Mysore Urban Development Authority had decided to allot Sites to the petitioners as per Official Memorandum bearing No.LAC-MC/12/87-88 dated 09^th May, 2024 (Annexure-C) for having acquired the land belonging to the petitioners. In that view of the matter, respondents are directed to allot the Sites and execute the registered Sale Deed for the same in favour of the petitioners in the light of aforesaid Official Memorandum dated 09^th May, 2024, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
