In this writ petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent-Kaveri Neeravari Nigama Ltd., to prepare and submit the proposals to the respondent-Deputy Commissioner for payment of compensation to the petitioners in respect of their land, crops, horticultural trees and other damages from the date of taking possession of the land as per the representations made by the petitioner produced at Annexures 'B' to 'B4'.

Taking into account the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the grievance of the petitioners is with regard to consideration of her representations for awarding compensation in respect of acquisition of their property, respondent-authorities are hereby directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner produced at Annexures 'B' to 'B4', within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
