The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to

consider the representation dated 07.10.2024 (Annexure-G), and it is contended in the writ petition that, the respondentBangalore Development Authority (for short, BDA) has to execute the registered sale deed in respect of the subject site, in terms of the allotment letter dated 24.09.2024 (Annexure-E).
