The petitioners have requested respondent No.2 to change the katha in respect of lands which are subject matter of this writ petition in their name.

As the same has not been considered so far by respondent No.2, the present writ petition is

filed with the following prayer:

a. To issue writ of mandamus or any other writ/s like in any nature and to direct the second respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioners dated 17.08.2018 as per the Annexure-A produced herewith.

b. To grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper by considering the above said facts and circumstances of case, in the interest of justice and equity.
