The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of 4 acres of land in Sy.No.53, situated at Kenjaganahalli Village, Madhurae Hobli, Doddabalapura Taluk, Bangalore rural District. It is submitted that in spite of making a request to respondent-Authorities to enter his name in the

Revenue records, the same has not been considered. Hence, the instant writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to consider his request and pass appropriate orders.

Learned AGA upon instructions submits that the petitioner has not produced all the relevant documents and if he were to produce all the relevant particulars, the

i) The writ petition is hereby disposed of .
