The petitioner has challenged the revenue entries in respect of 1 acre 30 guntas of land in Sy.No.11/P1P1 situated at kannurahalli Village, kasaba Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District and 2 acres 15 guntas of land in Sy.No.246 (Old Sy.No.117) situated at Kolathur Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. Respondent No.5 is the contesting respondent.

During the course of the proceedings, the petitioner

and respondent No.5 have arrived at a compromise along with their other family members and have filed a joint memo dated 13.11.2024 and both petitioner and respondent No.5 prayed that the impugned order dated 21.02.2019 passed in Revision Petition No.132/2015 by respondent No.2 vide Annexure-A to the writ petition and the order dated 25.01.2016 passed in R.A.(H).No.30/2015-16 by respondent No.3 vide Annexure-B to the writ petition be set aside and direct respondent No.4 to enter the name of the petitioner in

respect of both properties concerned. It is submitted by the parties that Sy.No.11/P1P1 has been renumbered as Sy.No.11/P6.

i) The impugned order dated 21.02.2019 passed in Revision Petition No.132/2015 by respondent No.2 vide Annexure-A to the writ petition is hereby set aside.

ii) The order dated 25.01.2016 passed in R.A.(H).No.30/2015-16 by respondent No.3 vide Annexure-B to the writ petition is hereby set aside.
