1. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of 1

acre of land in Sy.No.99 (Sy.No.99/1) of Belavadi Village, Ilavala Hobli, Mysuru Taluk. His name found a place in the RTC till 2017-18, thereafter, without any reason, same was discontinued. Hence, he made a representation to respondent Nos.2 to 4 and as there was no action on their part, present writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

" WHEREFORE, in the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is most respectfully prayed, that, this Hon'ble court may be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the Petitioner and grant the following relief(s):

1. TO, ISSUE A WRIT OF MANDAMUS, in the nature of direction, or Order, directing the Respondents to consider the Representations dated 18.07.2024 submitted for continuation of the name of the Petitioner as owner in Column No.9 & 12(2) of the RTC in respect of an Immovable Property bearing Sy.No.99, new Sy.No.99/1, measuring 1 Acre, situated at Belavadi Village, Ilavala Hobli, Mysuru Taluk, Mysuru District, which are produced and marked as ANNEXURES-E, F & G, respectively, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. TO, GRANT, such other relief or relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
