In this petition, petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:
“ a) Issue Mandamus direction to the respondent authority to consider the representation dated: 16.10.2023 received by the authority on 19.10.2023 in inward number 7498 marked ANNEXURE-B to the writ petition within 7 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order in the above writ petition as per law by issue of writ order, direction;
b) to pass such order as deem fit under the circumstances of the case under situation to grant relief to the petitioner in the interest of justice and equity.”
