In this petition, petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 – BESCOM to consider and take appropriate steps / action pursuant to the representation / requisition dated 28.07.2023 and to proceed further as expeditiously as possible. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the proposed transformer is erected / put up by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 – BESCOM adjacent to and in front of the property of the petitioner in violation of Indian Electricity Rules without leaving necessary gap / space between the transformer and the property of the petitioner, who is before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 – BESCOM would submit that they would consider and take appropriate steps on the representation / requisition dated 28.07.2023 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submissions made by both sides, I deem it just and appropriate to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 – BESCOM to address the

grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps / action and pass appropriate orders on the representation / requisition dated 28.07.2023 submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month
