petitioner-husband was forced to move out on 08.02.2023 and is currently residing in a rented flat at B-1102, Queensgate, House of Hiranandani, Begur Village, Bengaluru. Earlier, in the Mediation, she had come up with a proposal, which could not be fructified and the wife is making unreasonable demands. The husband on 08.08.2024 has moved into the schedule property along with his essential belongings. However, on 10.08.2024, the wife visited the schedule property with her son and a dog with the intention of creating an acrimonious situation. There was exchange of words wherein the petitioner-husband requested the wife to keep away from the property pending division of the properties. The wife's abusive language and threats, have caused significant distress to the husband and his elderly parents. The wife being in occupation of jointly owned flat, has unjustifiably interfered with the husband's peaceful occupation of the property. The wife has also made false accusations against the husband and his parents through emails dated 10.08.2024 and 11.08.2024. As such, they have filed an IA before the Court seeking injunction and the same was adjourned by the Court and a long date is given i.e., on 19.10.2024.
