"The petitioner in the above case submits that, during pendency of the above writ petition the 2nd respondent has issued final confirmation order as per section 248(3) of BBMP act, 2020 as against the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Chief Commissioner, BBMP and the said appeal is pending for consideration. In view of the same, the present writ petition will not survive for consideration. therefore under the circumstances, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit him to withdraw the above writ
