ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent - Corporation renewed the trade license for
the period 2024-2025 to 2028-2029. A copy of the trade license is produced along with the memo stating that the challenge to the refusal of the trade license does not survive for consideration. The impugned endorsement dated 28.03.2024 vide annexure-K is deemed to be withdrawn by the respondent - Corporation.
In view of the renewal of trade license, the writ petition become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the same.
Memo is placed on record.
In view of the same, appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
In view of the dismissal of the appeal, I.A.No.1/2024 does not survive for consideration and is accordingly disposed of.
