Heard Sri. Vasanth J., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned AGA appearing for respondent No.1, Smt. R. Rashmi Sagar, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and have perused the material on record.
submits that the application is not considered for the last one year despite it filing and the construction is undertaken by the defendants therein at a breakneck speed.

In the light of the said submission while declining to show indulgence to any other prayers, there shall be a direction to the concerned Court to dispose I.A.No.1 filed in O.S.No.373/2023 by the present petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed.
