In this petition, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs:

“ i) Issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 21.10.2020 as per Annexures-C, C1 to C3 and direct the respondents to prepare ROR in the name of petitioners each measuring 4 acre 20 guntas in respect of land Sy.No.11 which is totally measuring 240 acres 22 guntas situated at Village Samanapur Tq: Dist: Yadgiri, in the interest of justice and equity.

ii) Pass such other orders as may be deemed appropriate in the ends of justice and equity.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

HCGP for the respondents and perused the material on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 21.10.2020 at Annexures-C, C1 to C3 submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra, learned HCGP for the respondents submits

that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 21.10.2020 at Annexures-C, C1 to C3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
