Petitioners are before this Court seeking for following

i) Issue writ of certiorari by quashing the proceedings initiated by the first respondent-Bank in putting the property into auction dated 04.05.2017 published in the New Indian Express, a daily newspaper dtd.31.03.2017, Serial No.2 as per Annexure-A;
ii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity.
