ORDER
The writ petition is filed against the final order dated 12.07.2023 in Crl.Misc.No.939/2022 passed by the III Additional Principal Family Judge, Bengaluru, by granting maintenance of an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month to the wife and the child. As this is a final order, the writ petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition.
