Petitioners’ counsel is absent.
Learned Addl. Government Advocate for the respondents submits that, the prayer sought for in these writ petitions is to quash Annexures – Y dated 01.06.2016 and Annexure-V dated 24.05.2016 respectively and brought to the notice of this Court that, invoking Sections 173 and 144(3) Cr.P.C., prohibitory orders were issued only for a period of seven days from 01.06.2016 to 07.06.2016 and 24.05.2016 to 31.05.2016 and hence the petitions become infructuous.
In view of the submission and also on perusal Annexures Y and V, writ petitions are become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
