ORDER
The State is before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India questioning the correctness and legality of the order dated 27.09.2022 in Application Nos.10317010320/2022 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Belagavi (for short ‘Tribunal’).
respondents. Aggrieved by the same, they approached the Tribunal which was allowed by order dated 05.06.2013.
Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the order of this Court dated 30.03.2023 passed in W.P. No. 100222/2023 and connected petitions.
In view of disposal of the writ petition, pending IAs also stand disposed off.
