The petitioner who has filed this petition for directions to the respondents against deviating, altering or amending the terms of the Residential Development Plan/Work Order dated 31.07.2018, has filed the memo dated 14.10.2024 which reads as under:
"The undersigned counsel for the petitioner most humbly states that the petitioner may kindly be permitted to withdraw the present proceedings, by keeping all contentions open and with liberty to file afresh. The same may kindly be taken on record, in the interest of justice and equity."

In answering the office objection, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the memo is filed on the instructions of the petitioner, and the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and that the petitioner will not insist on any liberty.
