Counsel for the petitioners seeks time to comply with the office objections.

This Court is not inclined to grant further time. The reason is simple. As could be seen from the daily order sheet, the petition was listed on 07.03.2023, on that day, a week’s time was granted to do the needful. Again the petition was listed on 15.07.2024, on that day, two weeks time was granted to rectify the objections raised by the registry. Once again the petition was listed on 12.08.2024, on that day, two weeks time was granted to comply with the further office objections. Despite granting time, office objections are not complied with.

The petition is listed today for orders regarding noncompliance of office objections for the fourth time. A perusal of the entire order sheet reveals that despite giving sufficient opportunities, the office objections are not complied with. Furthermore, the petition is filed in the year 2021. Now we are in the month of September 2024. The petition is pending for almost three years. The petitioners have not respected the Court order. It appears that the petitioners are not diligent in
