Learned AGA appearing for the respondent State has filed a memo stating that the prayer of the petitioner itself is seeking a direction from this Court to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2023 as per Annexure-E. The authorities have already responded to the said representation and an endorsement is given dated 27.06.2023. A copy of the said endorsement is also produced along with the memo. In view of the providing the endorsement, the present writ petition does not survive for consideration.
