ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has challenged an order bearing No.MED 118 MSF 2021 (Bhaa-2) passed by the respondent No.1 by which respondent No.4 was placed in additional charge of the post of the Head of the Department of Nephrology. He has also challenged the official memorandum bearing No.INU/ADMN/ESTA/47/2023-INU-EST dated 25.03.2024 issued by the respondent No.2 by which the petitioner who was the then in-charge of the Head of the Department of Nephrology was placed in-charge of the Administrative Head of the Nephrology Division while relieving him of the duties and responsibilities of educational matters of the Nephrology Division.
