Learned counsel for the appellant files a memo dated 22.10.2024 seeking leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file Review before the learned Single Judge and with further liberty to revive the appeal in case the learned Single Judge declines to review the order.

"The Appellant prays leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above appeal so as to enable the Appellant to file a Review Petition seeking Review of the order dt: 04.02.2023 in W.P.No.894/23 with liberty reserved to pray to revive this Writ Appeal in the event of the learned Singe Judge declining to review the order. It is pleaded accordingly in the interest of justice and equity."
