behalf of Smt.Sumana Baliga M, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that counsel is not on the panel. The appellant has not taken any steps to engage another Advocate.
appeal is filed questioning the interim orders dated
18.4.2023 and 19.4.2023 passed in W.P.No.24401/2021.
By interim order dated 18.4.2023, the appellant Board was directed to give the list of results of the students who appeared in the Examinations conducted during the period from 21.01.2023, 22.01.2023, 28.01.2023 and 29.01.2023. Further, on 19.4.2023 interim order was passed directing the concerned respondents to announce the list of results of the failed students on or before 21.04.2023.
do not find any error in the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge has directed the respondents, appellant herein to announce results of the students who had taken examination during the period from 21.01.2023, 22.01.2023, 28.01.2023 and 29.01.2023 and also to announce list of results of the failed students. The announcement of result or otherwise always would be subject to the result of the writ petition.
