ORAL ORDER
Though matter was passed over and called again, there was no representation for appellants. It is seen from order sheet, even though order dated 22.02.2024 indicate that delay is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.250/- payable to High Court Advocates' Clerks' Welfare Fund within two weeks. Same is not complied. Hence, appeal is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
