This review petition is filed by the University by
contending that petitioners have mislead this Court by placing reliance on the fraudulent endorsement as per Annexure-C to the petition.
is countered by learned counsel appearing for respondents, who were petitioners in the captioned writ petition. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that seal found at Annexure-C is genuine. To substantiate that University is using different seals, counter is filed and placed on record several communications made by the Institution, which are found to be subsequent to Annexure-C, wherein similar seals are found to be used by the University.
With these above observations, this review petition is dismissed.
