PRINCIPAL JUDGE, FAMILY COURT, MYSURU, allowing the petition filed under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
This Miscellaneous First Appeal is coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R
Learned counsel for the appellant is physically present in the Court and submits that he has already complied office objection including filing of the second set of memorandum of appeal in the registry on 16.01.2024.
However, registry has shown two office objections which are yet to be complied. Since the learned counsel for the appellant repeats and reiterates that he had already complied office objections, registry to verify the same in case, if the office objections are still due for compliance, the appeal stands automatically dismissed by 2.30 p.m. today, without any further orders by this Court.
