JUDGMENT
On 24.06.2024 when matter was listed for noncompliance of office objections for 5th time, at request of learned counsel, further two weeks' time was granted on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-. Till today, neither cost is paid nor office objections are complied. This would indicate that appellant is not diligent in prosecuting appeal.
Hence, appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
