ORAL ORDER
This Court vide order dated 21.06.2024 observed that the matter is listed for non-compliance of office objections for fourth time and also granted two weeks time as sought by the learned counsel for the appellant to comply with office objections subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- and also made it clear that, if office objections are not complied and cost is not paid, the matter will be dismissed on the next date of hearing. Inspite of the said order, the counsel for the appellant either paid the cost or complied with the office objections. Hence, in view of the order dated 21.06.2024, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections and for nonpayment of cost.
