The above petition has been filed by the original Respondent before the Trial Court and registered the eviction petition filed by our father, which was allowed in our favour.

Today the petitioner through his counsel handed over the Key of the petition property before this Hon'ble Court in token of handing over the possession of the petition premises symbolically. I received the key on my behalf as well as on behalf of other respondents.
