Office objections have not been complied with even though the matter is listed for the fourth time.
The order sheet dated 19.08.2024 reads as under;
“ Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent.
No representation.
The petition is of the year 2020 and the office objections are not complied with, till date. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition. However, to afford an opportunity, list on 03.09.2024.”
Inspite of that, there is non compliance of office
objections. I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter.
Hence, the petition is dismissed for non
compliance of office objections.
