ORAL ORDER
This Court, on 18.06.2024 had passed a peremptory
order, which reads as follows:
“Two weeks time is granted to comply with the office objections, failing which, petition would be dismissed without reference to the Bench.
In the event, the office objections are complied with, list the matter before the Court at the appropriate stage without a memo.”
Even today, the learned counsel for petitioner has not
complied with the office objections. Therefore, the petition is
dismissed for its non-prosecution.
