This petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing criminal proceedings in Crime No.37/2022 registered by Hanumanthanagar Police station in C.C.No.11019/2022 pending before the XXIV ACMM, Bengaluru for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 of IPC and Section 75 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection Of Children) Act, 2015.
are case and counter cases filed against each other and now the dispute is settled mutually.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed .
The criminal proceedings against the petitioner in Crime No.37/2022 registered by Hanumanthanagar Police station in C.C.No.11019/2022 pending before the XXIV ACMM, Bengaluru, is hereby quashed.
