ORAL JUDGMENT
Pursuant to the NBW issued against the
appellant/accused No.1 in Crl.A. No.271/2012, D.J. Halli police have filed a report along with the death certificate of appellant, stating that the said appellant has died on 05.10.2013.
submits that while suspending the sentence, the appellant was directed to pay the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- and the same has been deposited before the trial Court.
