Learned counsel for appellants files a memo seeking withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to file criminal petition.
2. Memo reads thus:
“The petitioners submits that they have preferred Criminal Appeal seeking for enlargement on bail. During the course of arguments, it is noticed that the remedy available to the Petitioners is to file a regular Criminal Petition. Hence the petitioners however liberty to withdraw this Criminal Appeal and file a Criminal Petition for Regular Bail in the interest of justice.”
3. In view of the memo, the appeal is dismissed
as withdrawn with liberty to file criminal petition.
4. Registry is directed to return all documents to learned counsel for appellants.
