Memo reads thus:
“ Herein the memo on behalf Petitioners is as under;
It is submitted that the Petitioner is the husband of the Respondent No.2. The Petitioner husband along with his family members have filed petition for quashing of the proceedings impugned herein. Both the parties have amicable settled before the trial court and decided to withdraw the proceedings filed against each other. In view of settlement arrived the Petitioners are not desirous of continue this petition.
Therefore it is most humbly prayed that the Petition may kindly be disposed as withdrawn in the interest of justice.”
In view of the memo, the petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
