ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners files a memo seeking
withdrawal of the petition.
Memo reads thus:
“ It is submitted that, in the above said petition, the petitioners sought set-aside the pending criminal proceedings in C.C.No.179/2020 pending on the file of Court of JMFC, Honnavar for offences punishable u/Secs. 143, 147, 148, 448, 323, 324, 354, 504, 506, r/w Sec.149 of IPC as abuse the process of law.
When this petition is pending, the petitioners moved application for discharge the petitioners for above said charges.
Wherefore the Hon’ble High Court be please to dismiss the above petition as withdrawn, in the interest of justice.”
In view of the memo, the petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
