Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. Memo reads thus:

“HEREIN, the Petitioner most respectfully submits as under:

That, the Petition has filed for the present Petition during the investigation stage and the investigation authorities have completed the investigation ad have filed the chargesheet before the Trial Court, Hence, it is just and necessary to withdraw the present petition.

Hence further it is prayed before this Hon’ble Court to allow the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition and further grant liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Petition challenging chargesheet, in the interest of justice and equity.”
