ORDER
The matter having been argued at length by both the sides, learned Sr. advocate appearing for the Petitioners on instructions of the counsel on record standing besides seeks leave of the Court to pursue his pending Application for Discharge. He also submits that their liberty should not be curtailed by the Respondents pending disposal of the Discharge Application. This proposal prima facie appears to be fair and therefore, accepted.
In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with
liberty as sought for, all contentions having been kept open.
Learned Judge of the Court below is requested to hear & dispose off the Discharge Application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months.
