The wife is before this Court seeking transfer of MC No.167/2020 and also Ex.No.28/2022 pending before the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District to the Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.) at Gubbi, Tumkur District.

The wife contends that she has a minor son to take care of and that it would be not possible for her to travel to Bangalore to defend herself.

In view of the fact that the wife has a school going son to take care of, it would be appropriate to transfer MC No.167/2020 and also Ex.No.28/2022 pending before the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District to the Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.) at Gubbi, Tumkur District.
