Learned counsel submits that the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal.

As per the contents of the said memo, there is amicable settlement between the parties and the compromise petition was also filed before the Lok Adalath. Having considered the contents of the said memo, permission for withdrawal as prayed for is accorded.
