both the sides, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Bengaluru and the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre, Bengaluru on 28.03.2004.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre, Bengaluru.

The Director of Karnataka Mediation Centre vide communication dated 30.07.2024 submitted that the settlement agreement drawn in CMP.No.15/2024 and

photocopy of the record sent to the Karnataka Mediation Centre along with report in Form No.4, as the parties have settled the dispute by way of mediation. The copy of the memorandum of settlement under Section 89 R/w Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnataka Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules is enclosed along with communication.

As the parties have settled the dispute, in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the petition. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is d isposed of .
