Sri Sharan S Majage, learned counsel for the complainant is present. Sri G Papi Reddy, learned Senior counsel for Sri Varun P, learned counsel for accused No.1 and Sri Sudev Hegde, learned AGA for Accused Nos.2 and 3 are present.

This contempt petition is filed against the accused persons for violating the interim order passed by this Court in RSA No.516/2021 dated 02.12.2021. The learned Single Judge, in the said order, directed the parties to maintain status-quo with regard to the possession and revenue entries of the suit schedule property as it existed that day, till the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the complainant refers to the Revision Petition No.10/2021-22 dated 20.09.2022 initiated before the Joint Director of Regional Land Record (JDLR), Bengaluru Division, Bengaluru vide Annexure – E.

Learned Senior counsel Sri G Papi Reddy for accused No.1 and Sri Sudev Hegde, learned AGA for Accused Nos.2 and 3 undertake to maintain status-quo as ordered by the learned Single Judge of this Court in RSA No.516/2021. Further, Shri Sudev Hegde, learned AGA also undertakes to file an affidavit to that effect. Consequently, learned AGA is permitted to file an affidavit
