This contempt proceeding has been initiated by the
complainant relating to the order passed by the learned single judge on the writ side in W.P.No.8366/2016 (SRES), dated 12.02.2020 vide Annexure-A.
is indicated and also made an observation that, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 to fix the pay scale of the petitioner in accordance with law and then direct the respondent No.3 to pay the same, the respondent No.3 shall cooperate for fixing of the pay scale by furnishing necessary documents and data in an expedite manner. Such exercise shall be made by the State Government expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. Accordingly, the aforesaid writ petition was disposed of, but keeping in view the observation made by the learned Single Judge, in para - 7 this contempt proceeding has been initiated for seeking implementation of the said orders.

nor deliberately disobeyed by him, it is only on account of some clarification needed with regard to the payment of amount, which needs to be confirmed by the Department Of Endowment, Udupi and as such, the said calculated amount could not be paid to the complainant. The same has been stated in para - 5 in detail in this Affidavit.
