As per the direction contained in the order of learned Single

Judge which is brought under contempt, respondent No.2 was required to consider the representation of the petitioner. The grievance was about extension of benefit of 7^th AICTE pay scale.

Today when the contempt petition came up for consideration,

learned Additional Government Advocate Smt. Pramodhini Kishan produced copy of the endorsement/order dated 25.09.2024 whereby benefit is granted to the complainant.

Learned advocate for the complainant could not dispute the factum of passing of the aforesaid order/endorsement.

In that view, the contempt proceedings are no more required to be continued.
