By order dated 30.08.2023 learned Single Judge disposed of the Writ Petition No.10493 of 2023 directing respondent – No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary orders within stipulated time of eight weeks. The representation was directed be considered in terms of the request of the petitioner contained in letter dated 18.01.2023, it related to land measuring 04 Acres and 22.5 Guntas in portion of Sy.No.130 and land measuring 04 Acres 22.5 Guntas in Sy.No.130/2A situated at Bommenahalli Village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk.
accused No.2 invited attention of the court to the memo filed by him in which RTC extract of lands in question are produced. Also produced was Mutation Register of the lands. The said memo and
the documents annexed therewith showed compliance of the
directions.
If the complainant is aggrieved by the decision, it is open to him to institute independent proceedings, in respect of which, this court does not express any opinion on merits.
