ORDER
While disposing of the writ petition on 17.02.2023, learned
Single Judge directed Respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Bengaluru East Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner and further directed to verify the original record of the petitioner and pass necessary orders to enter the name of the petitioner in the land revenue records expeditiously within stipulated time. It is the aforesaid directions which were complained of under contempt jurisdiction of this court.

In the aforesaid view, nothing further is required in the contempt proceedings. If the complainant is dissatisfied with the order, liberty is reserved to challenge the same by independent & appropriate proceedings in respect of which this court does not express any opinion on merits.
