ORDER
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that prayer sought in the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has appeared and taken NEET examination conducted by respondent No.3. Hence, the relief sought for would not survive for consideration. He submits that in view of the same the present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn and to this effect he filed a memo dated 12.01.2023.
