The Petitioner humbly submits that the disputes that had arisen between the Petitioner and the Respondent with respect to the Show Cause Notice dated 01.04.2022 bearing Reference No.NMPA/ME/ARBT.ISWARI/2022/05, have been amicably settled out of court, and in the light of the same, the Petitioner craves leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above Writ Petition.

WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition, and to pass appropriate orders to this effect, in the interests of justice and equity."
