Petitioner herein has challenged the order dated 30th August, 2012 (Annexure-E) passed by the respondent No.7 and the letter dated 20th October, 2012 (Annexure-F) issued by

respondent No.3. These impugned orders are appelable under the provisions of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983. Petition is accordingly disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of her grievance, if so advised.
